Surfer Girl

We didn’t just build sandcastles; Safa did some serious boogie-boarding as well. Weaned from Daddy’s hand, she started to take to the waves like a real surfer girl all by herself. With a little push she had some nice rides:

Sandcastles

After tasting Laguna Beach on Friday, Safa craved more. So, we went to Huntington Beach on Monday and Tuesday and built sandcastles. Safa really loves the beach. I enjoyed listening to waves and looking out over the horizon; it’s a kind of whitenoise/whitevision that hypnotizes and soothes. Digging in the sand is like that too. [...]
